On thing to note is that we actually got over 160 new models in this week, but more then a third were already sold out on preorder, so just a reminder that preordering models is extra important these days with the huge increase in collector interest.

J Fox Models, JP Aeromodels, Phoenix, & Skymarks Obviously attempting to use the gear like that would mean i would never be able to lower it in the air unless i would be inverted and i suspect that with air pressure this would not be really successful.DeAgostini Warbirds, GeminiJets, Hobby Master This is as if the reset or stop in the motor is loose or defective. I can however get the gear to operate if i push on it while its starts wanting to move. I tried various shimming height to see if gear was being restricted or forced down when retracted including with and without the door attached and get the same result.
Will likely call Horizon when they are reopen to get a warranty replacement, Anyone else experience the same issue with the EFlite mains?īut i do have a new problem, both gears go up and down no problem when upside down but if i put the center wing right side up the right unit does not work. Obviously attempting to use the gear like that would mean i would never be able to lower it in the air unless i would be inverted and i suspect that with air pressure this would not be really successful. Not sure if anyone created a prototype of that setup.īut i do have a new problem, both gears go up and down no problem when upside down but if i put the center wing right side up the right unit does not work.
This would allow a longer link when the wheel is at the bottom of the well and reduce that length when the door is in the open position. To remove all the prying both links would need to be made into scissors i.e. The prying problem is directly a resultant of the gear depth when retracted and the link geometry. I slightly angled the doors toward the back of the wheel well to allow less prying when fully opened but this really less than ideal. Finally been able to figure out the door alignment setup, the key is to glue the hinges to the doors first and then to glue to the doors to the gear covers second with the gear in the closed position.
